How We Start

We start by understanding your business as it is today. I speak with your team, listen to how they work, what excites them and what frustrates them, and review the data you have and do not have. This builds a clear picture of how decisions are currently made across your organization.

What We Uncover

We map every core process and how it connects to people and decisions. Some gaps appear immediately, others take a few more questions to surface. By the end, each track becomes visible, and we work together to decide the order of priorities and what is worth solving first.

How We Align

Using what we have learned, I work with leadership to translate tasks against expectations and align direction to overall goals. We focus on which decisions signal real impact. This creates a shared understanding of how expectations, direction, and goals connect, and how a solution should be framed.

What You Get

This phase is about solving the problem and giving you back time. I present at least two ways forward, each with clear trade-offs so you can decide what to implement. You leave with clarity in process, focus on the right decisions, and a way to measure outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a six week program. The first two weeks focus on understanding your business, team, and data. The next two weeks map processes and decisions. The final two weeks develop solutions, with clear options and trade-offs so you can decide what to implement.

  • Access to your team, visibility into how work is currently done, and any existing data. Gaps are expected, so incomplete information is not a blocker.

  • That is useful, but we still validate it. Often the visible issue is a symptom, not the root. The process ensures we are solving the right problem.

  • The focus is on how decisions are made, not just what is done. You leave with clarity, trade-offs, and a way to act, not just recommendations.

  • You can implement internally, or continue working together to guide execution. The goal is to ensure decisions translate into measurable outcomes, not just plans.
