  • Every engagement is unique to a specific situation, and pricing will follow a fixed fee and clear deliverables.

  • Your business has a life and in any environment there are variables beyond my control.

  • Typically my engagements end once solutions are presented. I am open to discussing opportunities with you.

  • If anything is included it will be clearly stated in my proposal to you. Otherwise I will always recommend the appropriate professional or relevant service provider.
